Construction is underway for Caldwell’s permanent home! The new theater facility is being built on land that Caldwell owns on North Federal Highway, directly north of Levitz Plaza where the theater currently rents space. The facility is scheduled to open the next Winter Season in November 2007.

Fund raising for Caldwell’s Building Fund continues at a rapid pace. The “Inscribe A Seat” Campaign offers you the opportunity to name a seat in the new theater for a donation of $1,250. Membership is still available in Caldwell’s One Thousand $ Club with a contribution of $1,000. All contributions are fully tax-deductible.

The theater facility will be named The Count de Hoernle Theatre with a gift of $1,00,000 from the Count’s widow Henrietta, Countess de Hoernle. A $483,500 cultural facilities grant has been awarded by the State of Florida, Division of Cultural Affairs.
Caldwell and Owner/Developer Newman Realty Group as represented by Ric Newman signed a contract to incorporate the theater building into the developer’s mixed-use project on North Federal Highway. The contract guarantees ample, free, dedicated ground-level parking for Caldwell patrons.
