SHE LOVES ME   Music: Jerry Bock. Lyrics: Sheldon Harnick. Book: Joe Masteroff. At auditions: Director Michael Hall, Musical Director Eric Alsford and Choreographer Barbara Flaten.  1st rehearsal: October 21, 2008. Runs November 9 – December 14.

Caldwell Theatre Company’s management staffing needs have been fulfilled for the 2008 Summer Season.

Non-Traditional Casting

Administrative Assistant: Full time 40 hours per week

Seeking detail-oriented person with Administrative/Secretarial experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: File management for Administrative office, Office equipment management, Grant management, Data entry, Mass mailing management, Schedule coordination with Marketing staff, photo and media archives, Office and Media project calendar. Position requires: Excellent customer relations, oral and written communication and computer skills. Willing to work 9:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday and flexible to adjust that schedule when necessary. Able to handle a wide variety of tasks in an extremely busy office, knowledge of Excel, Corel Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Quark Express and Photoshop. Salary + benefits. House Staff Assistants: Part-time

Caldwell Theatre Company is seeking long term part-time House Staff Assistants to work 12 – 20 hours per week. The work schedule includes days (1p.m. to 5p.m.), evenings (7p.m. to 11p.m. and later, on occasion), weekends and most major holidays. House Staff Assistants work during performances and possess excellent public relations skills, a positive attitude and keen attention to detail. They enjoy working as a team and are interested in theater and learning about Caldwell’s many programs. Important is the ability to think under pressure.
